This special dinner by Sook at House of Madison will be a family-style feast complete with delicious food and wine, inspired by the communal spirit and traditional dishes of Syria. As always, the menu by Sook will be infused with Mina Park's Korean heritage as well as the seasonal and local flavours of Hong Kong.
